1:1 Strategy half/full Day
For the product-based business owners who want help to build a business that is right for them.
WHO IS IT FOR
Product-based business owners who are serious about growing their wholesale and who are willing and able to invest time each week to make this happen. You can be anywhere on your journey, new to wholesale or already established.
HOW DOES IT WORK
Your strategy day will be designed around you and your business and it will be completely tailor-made to your business, we can work on a complete strategy for your wholesale or we can look at specific areas you feel you need help with.
Before our day together I will ask you to complete an in-depth questionnaire, send me all your pricing, sales materials and sales figures.
On the day we will meet in my home in Isleworth. Please note I have a big fluffy dog that will be home so if you are allergic or uncomfortable with dogs or you prefer a lovely venue to make the day extra fun let me know and I can arrange this at an extra cost of £100 and our day will be spent the beautiful Richmond. Central London or a location more convenient to you is available but may come at an additional cost.
The day starts at 9.30 with tea and coffee and then we will get straight to work. If you booked half a day we will finish at 12.30 and if you booked a full day we will have a one-hour lunch break. Weather permitting we will head to my local pub for a lovely lunch or I will arrange something equally lovely to be delivered. The day will finish around 16.30 and you will feel motivated and clear on what to do next.
During our time together we can work on the areas you need help with or if you want to create a wholesale strategy your day would include:
Develop a sales funnel that suits your business and the time you will have to put into it. We will look at whether you are going to be doing it all yourself or if you are looking to hire/train a salesperson. It can include recruiting sales agents or maybe even hiring a Virtual Assistant to help you with some of your research.
We will discuss the whole customer journey, this will include reviewing all your sales materials, how you approach stockists and how you stay on top of your leads as well as a plan for how you will fulfil orders if you have big targets, this might mean either making plans to hire someone in-house to pick and pack orders or outsource to a fulfilment centre.
Sales forecast for the next 12-months that is realistic to your business.
12-month plan which includes new product development to support your growth (this will be from a sales perspective not detailed design and development advice), trade-shows (if right for you), promotions and newsletters for your trade customers.
After the day I will send you through a detailed follow-up and you will have 4 weeks on unlimited email support for any follow-up questions you might have. You will have the option to add 3-6 months of support.

Make the most out of your day by adding on ongoing support to keep you accountable and on track. I will be there throughout to support you and answer any questions you might have as well as to keep you accountable with monthly reviews of your sales and progress. I will ask you to provide monthly reports on your sales and what prospecting you've done.
