Understanding

The Terms and Conditions below apply to all coaching, mentoring, and consulting services provided by Small Business Collaborative Limited and Therese Oertenblad. The term mentoring covers, teaching, business coaching and consulting for clients.

Mentoring, coaching and consulting are not psychological counselling of any type of therapy and shall not be construed as such.

In return for the fees payable by the client (or third party on their behalf) agree to provide the service as agreed at the time of booking.

The date of booking and payment constitutes the start of this agreement.
Price and Payment

All prices are stated at the time of booking or in your contract.

Payments are accepted via Stripe (accepts all major credit or debit cards), bank transfer and in some cases by direct debit, payments are to be made at the time of booking or at the agreed time.

The agreed amount must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Responsibility and Commitment

Therese Oertenblad and Small Business Collaborative Limited commit to providing advice to the client to achieve the goals that they set out. However, it is the client’s sole responsibility to action any advice given during the mentoring session.

Therese Oertenblad and Small Business Collaborative Limited do not accept any liability for the client’s actions.

Therese Oertenblad and Small Business Collaborative Limited do not accept any liability any personal or business losses.

It is the client’s responsibility to make sure that all requested information is provided before a minimum of 24 business hours before the session.
Confidentiality

All personal or business information shared during your mentoring session with Therese Oertenblad and Small Business Collaborative Limited will be treated as confidential and not shared or disclosed without the client’s prior consent unless required by law.

All information will be held in accordance with our privacy policy which can be found here.
Service

Mentoring calls will take place over Zoom and a link to download the recording of the call will be sent after the session by email to the client.

Therese Oertenblad and Small Business Collaborative Limited encourage the client to speak openly and honestly about their business in the call, the client acknowledges that there is a direct link between sharing information and the quality of advice being given.

After the call, you will be emailed a link and asked to provide feedback to help ensure that the service provided remains outstanding. Feedback can also be provided by emailing therese@smallbusinesscollaborative.co.uk.
Cancellations and rescheduling
1. Cancellations
You, the client requests to cancel:

I am unable to offer any refund for this service.
2. Reschedule
You, the client requests to reschedule:

If you give me 48 hours or more notice, I will make sure that we reschedule to a mutually agreed time.

If you give me less than 48 hours, I will do my best to find a time to reschedule your session, but I cannot give you any guarantee.
In exceptional circumstances and if Small Business Collaborative request to cancel or reschedule:

An alternative and mutual time will be offered if one cannot be found a full refund will be provided.
3. If a client is late or fails to show up to a call Therese Oertenblad will wait for ten minutes and if the client does not show it will be treated as a no-show and the not refund or rescheduling will be offered. If the client is late for the call the time missed will be deducted from the total call time.
