Set your prices, create your sales material and learn how to sell in a way suitable to you and your personality. You don’t have to be an extrovert to succeed in wholesale, making thoughtful and intentional approaches can get you just as far if not further.

Why should I sign-up?

We all have very busy lives and as small business owners, we have an ever-growing, never-ending to-do list. It’s easy to put planning and learning to the bottom of the list, this group coaching program will allow you to take the time you need to focus on the growth of your business rather than just working in your business.


During our 12 weeks together, I will teach you everything you need to know to start selling to shops, you will develop your sales material, set prices that will allow you to grow and learn who to approach and how to go about it. This is a fast-track program and by week 8 you will start to approach potential stockists suitable to your business. Beyond this, we will continue with the learning alongside you approaching and hopefully securing your first stockist.


The group will be small with a maximum of 8 spaces available. Together we will keep each other accountable throughout.

Private FB group, Therese is on hand 5 days a week offering support & keeping you accountable.

This is NOT for you

If you already have a really established wholesale business with lots of stockists. My 1:1 strategy days would be more suitable for you. Book a discovery call and we can discuss.

If you want to make a quick and easy profit, wholesale is great as part of your growth strategy but it’s not instant money in the bank and it does require lots of work.

If you don't like working in a group setting and you don't want to share openly in the group about your business. No judgement at all, we can still work together so book a discovery call and we can get started.  

You don’t have the time to show up every week and offer support to the other group members, 1:1 mentoring might suit you better. You can read more about that here.

Time commitment


This is an intensive and fast-paced program and to get the most out of it you need to dedicate 8-10 hours a week on your wholesale business. You will get the most out of it if you attend the sessions live but if life gets in the way there will be a catch-up option. As with most training programs, the more you put into it the more successful it will be for you.

Next start date will likely be spring 2021.

Online - our webinars and calls will be hosted by Zoom  at 10 AM on Thursday. Each member will be able to chat and contribute as if we were in the same room.

The private Facebook group will be open 24/7 and I will be offering support daily (Monday-Friday)

  • Get to know each other and your products, in our weekly call you will all get a chance to show your products.

  • Market research.

  • Getting your products ready for retail.

  • Photography.

  • Terms & Conditions, including pack sizes.

  • Get your pricing right.

  • You will be sent a template on Monday and I will ask you to send it back to me on Wednesday so I can personally review each before our group call on Thursday.

  • Sales material, including your catalogue / line sheet, order form, price list and everything you need to present to a potential stockist.

  • Your sales materials are due on Wednesday lunchtime and I will review each in Thursday's call.

  • You will have the opportunity to make tweaks and then to submit again for a final review.

  • Selling.

  • I will ask you to submit your email pitch template by lunchtime on Wednesday and we will review this during our call on Thursday.

  • Ideal stockists and how to find them.

  • Elevator pitch and sales presentations.

  • Order processing and fulfilment.

  • Invoicing and delivery notes. 

  • Shipping cost.

  • Packing materials.

  • Selling, this is how you will grow your wholesale so this week we will talk about your processes and your sales funnel.

  • Sales targets and goals.

  • Sales calendar.

  • Newsletters. 

  • Jargon.

  • At this stage, I'm sure there will be lots of questions so from this week there will be plenty of time to discuss any questions that have come up.

Weekly schedule

(the program will be adapted to the members of the group so this might vary slightly)


Every Monday morning you will be sent your weekly workbook. and your homework for the week. When it's needed I will also jump live in the Facebook group to clarify anything you guys are asking about or struggling with.

On Thursday's we will have our weekly Zoom call.

  • Selling to larger retailers.

  • Group call will focus on a Q&A as you're starting to reach out to potential stockists.

  • Trade shows, even if you're not planning on attending soon I want to make sure we covered the basics.

  • Yearly planning and the importance of having a product plan when you wholesale.

  • Selling beyond the program. We will discuss any lingering questions. 

  • The facebook group will continue to stay open and I will be in it for the next 6 weeks to support you.
